Important: The building is in the final stages of facade renovation; for now, there is still a thin mesh screen near the window.

The building does not have a garage, but there are municipal street parking spaces and private parking lots nearby. For check-in, we have a key lockbox next to the door. We contact you the day before arrival with instructions on how to open the lockbox, and we send the code at check-in time.

Atlântica Premium is an apartment of approximately 30m² that accommodates up to 6 people and offers a view of the Copacabana beachfront. The building's address is Av. Atlântica 3806, near Post 6, on the border between Copacabana and Ipanema. By staying in our apartment, you can watch the sunrise right from the window and take a 15-minute walk to Arpoador to see the city's most famous sunset.

• Sleeping arrangements include 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 1 single bed with a pull-out trundle bed.

• The apartment features a ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils for preparing light meals.

• We provide bed linen (pillows, pillowcases, sheets, bedspreads) and towels (bath and hand towels).

• We also stock the apartment with 3 mini soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a hairdryer, and an iron.

Please note: There is a step to access the bathroom and the kitchen.

During the stay, the apartment is available exclusively to the guest.

During their stay, we give our guests their space, but we remain in contact via messaging to assist them whenever needed and provide any necessary instructions.
